Overview:
Our patient-focused dental team is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality preventive care in a supportive clinical environment. Our full-time opportunity offers a structured 4-day workweek and strong emphasis on patient care and long-term stability.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Thursday schedule (4-day workweek)
• 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule
• Competitive pay range of $105,000–$112,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oral health assessments, periodontal evaluations, and preventive screenings
• Provide cleanings, scaling, root planing, and preventive dental treatments
• Take and process dental radiographs in accordance with state guidelines
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to support patient care
• Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Radiography certification in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
• Strong knowledge of preventive dental care and infection control standards
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative clinical environment
