Registered Dental Hygienist (Flexible Schedule) | Jackson, MI

A high-tech, patient-centered dental practice in Jackson is seeking a reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to support an efficient, modern clinical environment. The clinical workflow is highly optimized, featuring dedicated hygiene assistant support for room turnover and prep, allowing the hygienist to focus entirely on patient care.

The Role:

• Location: Jackson, MI 49201
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling options from 1 to 5 days per week based on availability, with ongoing locum coverage and a locum-to-perm option available.
• Hours: Monday – Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Fridays (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
• Patient Volume: Outfitted for 8–10 patients per day, or up to 15 patients daily with utilization of full assistant support if a faster pace is preferred.
• Clinical Scope: Prophies, scaling and root planing (SRP), periodontal maintenance, and Laser Bacteria Reduction.
• Tech Stack: CareStack EMR, Vatech CBCT imaging, CEREC, and SprintRay 3D printing.
• Preferred Skills: Comfort in a fully digital environment and experience with advanced clinical technology.
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. Weekly pay is provided, and travel and lodging assistance are considered for the right candidate.
