A growing, patient-centric dental practice in Havre is seeking a reliable Registered Dental Hygienist for an immediate, ongoing assignment. The clinical workflow is highly optimized, featuring dedicated dental assistants assigned specifically to the hygiene department to manage room prep and turnover.

The Role:

• Location: Havre, MT 59501
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling options; choose between a 5-day work week (Monday – Friday) or a 4-day compressed work week (Tuesday – Friday).
• Hours: 8-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Patient Volume: 8–10 patients per day with all appointments comfortably spaced in 1-hour blocks to ensure unhurried patient care.
• Clinical Scope: Standard prophies, scaling and root planing (SRP), digital X-rays, and comprehensive hygiene exams.
• Tech Stack: Charting and imaging systems include eClinicalWorks, EZDent, and Sidexis.
• Preferred Skills: Experience utilizing eClinicalWorks, EZDent, or Sidexis is a significant plus.
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. Travel and lodging assistance are available for the right candidate.

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Montana Hygiene License and current BLS certification. (The client is willing to wait for the right candidate to obtain licensure.
