Dental Hygienist (Medical Leave Coverage - 4 Days/Week) | West Bend, WI

A modern, patient-focused practice in West Bend, WI is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to provide temporary 6-week medical leave coverage from September 14th through October 29th. This role offers a steady 4-day weekly schedule with early Friday afternoons off for a great work-life balance.

The position is fully supported by a well-established team of two Dentists, two Hygienists, and two Dental Assistants to maintain an efficient and smooth daily clinical workflow.

The Role:

• Location: West Bend, WI 53090
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday (September 14 – October 29)
• Hours: Monday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 8–10 patients per day
• Clinical Scope: Prophies, periodontal maintenance, and digital X-rays (Pan and BWX) for 95% adult and 5% pediatric patients. Note: SRPs will be handled by full-time hygienists.
• Tech Stack: Eaglesoft
• Preferred Skills: Strong patient communication and comfort with routine preventive care workflows
• Compensation: $60.00 – $70.00/hr + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage + mileage reimbursement

• Credentials: Active WI License and current BLS certification.
• Onboarding: Fast-track 1–2 week credentialing process (insurance enrollment not required).
