Dental Hygienist | 3 Days/Week, Tues–Thu | San Antonio, TX

A modern, technology-forward dental practice in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for maternity coverage from Mid-October through early January. This three-day-per-week assignment offers a consistent Tuesday–Thursday schedule, strong clinical support, and an advanced digital workflow.

The hygiene team includes two additional RDHs and is supported by dental assistants, dentists, two practice managers, and front office/administrative staff for an efficient patient experience.

The Role:

• Location: San Antonio, TX 78230
• Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 3 days per week
• Hours: Tuesday 7am–5pm; Wednesday 9am–6pm; Thursday 8am–5pm
• Patient Volume: Approximately 8–10 patients per day
• Clinical Scope: Exams, prophys, SRP, x-rays, recalls, digital scans, laser therapy, periodontal treatment, and local anesthetic administration when qualified
• Tech Stack: Eaglesoft, CEREC in-house, Galileo CT, iTero scanners, Primescan, Sirona laser, and Vora AI for periodontal charting
• Preferred Skills: Local anesthetic certification/administration experience is a plus
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage; local candidates preferred, with possible mileage reimbursement

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Texas License, current BLS certification, and laser certification.
• Onboarding: 1–2 week fast-track onboarding.
