Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time
Toledo, Ohio
Finley Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our experienced Toledo team. Enjoy a supportive environment, comfortable appointment times, and uncapped earning potential!

Schedule
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation
- $40–$43/hour based on experience
- PLUS uncapped hygiene incentive!
Hygiene Schedule
- New Patients: 60 minutes
- SRP: 60 minutes per quadrant
- Prophy: 45 minutes
- Approximately 8 patients per day
- Eaglesoft PMS
What We’re Looking For
- Active Ohio RDH license
- Anesthetic certification preferred, not required
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Team-oriented and focused on periodontal & overall oral health
