Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Indianapolis, IN | 2–4 Days/Week

Center for Advanced Dentistry is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Indianapolis team. We offer a flexible 2–4 day schedule, competitive pay, and uncapped incentive potential!

📍 8325 S. Emerson Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46237

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Choose 2–4 days per week

Compensation

  • $49–$57/hour based on experience
  • PLUS uncapped hygiene incentive bonuses!

Practice Highlights

  • Approximately 8–10 patients per day
  • Dentrix PMS
  • Experienced Lead Dentist & established team
  • Morning huddles Monday–Thursday

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Indiana RDH license
  • Anesthetic certification preferred, not required
  • CPR certification
  • Strong patient care & communication skills
  • Positive, dependable, team-oriented approach
