Dental Hygienist – Flexible 4-Day Schedule + Part-Time Options | Brattleboro, VT

Looking for a hygiene opportunity with schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and a manageable patient load? An established dental practice in Brattleboro, VT, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for an ASAP opening, preferably four days per week, with part-time availability considered.

The hygienist will have excellent day-to-day support from four dental assistants, five on Tuesdays, a full front-office staff, and two to three dentists on site each day.

The Role:

• Location: Brattleboro, VT 05301
• Schedule: 4 days per week preferred, with part-time options available; Monday coverage is especially important
• Hours: Monday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Tuesday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; lunch generally 1:00–2:00 p.m.
• Patient Volume: 8–10 patients per day
• Clinical Scope: General dental hygiene care in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal periodontal charting and ultrasonic equipment available
• Tech Stack: Open Dental charting, Kodak Carestream X-rays, and GBT equipment available
• Preferred Skills: Local anesthetic experience is preferred; GBT experience is a plus but not required
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. Travel and lodging may be considered depending on the circumstances.

• Credentials: Active Vermont License and current BLS certification.
