About the Role Our growing, high-quality dental practice is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. You will step directly into a full, active patient schedule and deliver comprehensive preventive care while working with state-of-the-art technology and a supportive clinical team.

• Pay Structure: $50.00 / hour guaranteed base rate OR 30% of Net Production (paid whichever is greater each pay period—$50/hr serves as your consistent minimum floor)

• Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Patient Book: Full column ready upon start

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Preventative Care

• Perform professional dental prophylaxes, scaling and root planing, fluoride applications, and dental sealants.

• Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and record accurate periodontal charting.

• Screen patients for oral cancer, periodontal disease, and other oral health conditions.

• Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.

Patient Education & Relationship Building

• Educate patients on oral hygiene habits, preventive techniques, and the link between oral and systemic health.

• Clearly explain hygiene treatment plans and restorative care recommendations.

• Foster a warm, welcoming environment to reduce patient anxiety and maintain strong recall rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required:

• Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

• Current CPR / BLS certification.

• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a busy patient volume with efficiency and care.

Preferred:

• Local Anesthesia & Nitrous Oxide certification.

• Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
