We believe in giving our hygienists the time, support, and resources they need to deliver exceptional care. With one-hour appointments per patient and no rushing, you can focus on building relationships, educating patients, and making a meaningful difference in their oral health.

We welcome both experienced Registered Dental Hygienists and new graduates who are passionate about patient care and eager to grow professionally!

Schedule

We’re looking for a hygienist who can work one or more of the following days:

• Mondays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternating Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our approach: One hour per patient, allowing you to provide thorough, personalized care without feeling rushed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Utilize iTero digital scanning technology to capture intraoral scans
• Review and discuss iTero scans with patients to improve their understanding of their oral health
• Help patients understand dental alignment, bite concerns, and malocclusion, and discuss relevant findings and potential next steps
• Reinforce treatment recommendations and collaborate with the dentist to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols
• Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current BLS certification
• A strong commitment to preventive care and patient education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented chairside manner
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• An interest in using digital technology to enhance patient education and care
