Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: $48–55 per hour (DOE)

Overview:
Our medical practice in Lancaster is seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide comprehensive hygiene services that support optimal oral health. New grads and experienced hygienists alike are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing to prevent and treat periodontal disease
• Conduct periodontal assessments, including charting and risk evaluations, and assist in treatment planning
• Administer local anesthesia as indicated
• Capture dental X-rays and assist in basic interpretation
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to support preventive care
• Provide individualized oral health education, including home-care instruction
• Document findings and procedures accurately in electronic dental records, and maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff, and adhere to Pennsylvania dental regulations, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, and practice policies

Qualifications:

• Active, current Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure in Pennsylvania
• Experience in a general or family dentistry setting preferred
• Familiarity with dental charting and imaging software preferred
