PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS COORDINATOR – OUTREACH & GROWTH ROLE IN A LEADING ORTHODONTIC ORGANIZATION

As a Professional Relations Coordinator, you’ll serve as a key ambassador in building referral partnerships, increasing community presence, and supporting local marketing across southern New Jersey and northern Pennsylvania. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within the dental industry, in-depth knowledge of orthodontics, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Job Overview

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices

• Plan and execute appreciation events, lunch-and-learns, and referral gifting

• Coordinate grassroots marketing & local outreach efforts across multiple practices

• Represent the brand at health fairs, school visits, and sponsorship events

• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to align messaging and track KPIs

• Field-based role with regular travel across practices and community partners

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to $70,000, based on experience

• Quarterly performance bonuses tied to key operational metrics
