Our client is looking for someone who will embrace our core values, manage and inspire the office staff, and play a vital role in the practice's overall success and future growth.

Job Overview

• Manage front desk activities, coordinate appointment schedules, and optimize chair utilization
• Handle billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, budgets, and coordinate payment plans with patients
• Oversee local marketing efforts, patient retention programs, and social media or community outreach
• Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and payroll coordination
• Deliver a warm, professional, and patient-focused experience at every visit

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly wage based on your experience and skills
• Full-time: 5-day, 40 hr. workweek
