Job Description
Position: Office Assistant
Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift:Full Time
Job Details
- Installing and moving furniture,
- Setting up facilities for evens/meetings,
- Monitors Service Desk system for Facilities requests submitted ensuring prompt response and updates and follow through to completion
- Coordinates and collaborates with National Facilities Manager, and other staff to identify facilities needs
- Performs handyman tasks and physical hands on work including minor repairs, installations, hanging pictures, minor moves of furniture or cabinets and equipment without support
- Regularly checks furniture including cubicles to ensure pieces are properly in place to alleviate safety issues/concerns
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Patching/painting walls, as needed,
- Lite general repairs and maintenance, with hands on physical work, coordinating with vendors and scheduling
- Assisting during construction and relocations
- Maintain alarm systems and local access control including printing employee badges, adding, changing or removing access
Requirements
- High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
