Our office is a well-established private dental practice in Charlottesville, VA. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to help us grow into our full potential. This an opportunity to join an outstanding patient focused dental practice with a dedicated staff and large patient base.
Ideal candidates should be true team leaders who take pride in their work and have the ability to work well with a strong regional manager. We offer full-time hours plus a generous benefits package that includes healthcare insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, a 401k, and a bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
- Achievement of business goals - profitability objectives and strong management
- Continuous schedule management – efficiency and fairness
- Training and development – bolster knowledge and pride of staff
- Supporting daily office operations.
- Accessibility and responsiveness – Timely addressment of office needs
Qualifications:
- MUST have 3+ years of dental office management experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Focus on customer/patient service
- Experience with Open Dental a plus
