Their comprehensive facility provides a wide range of services including medical, dental, optical, behavioral, rehabilitation, podiatry, pharmacy, lab, radiology and other community health programs.

Responsible for the overall function, quality of care and the daily operation of the dental clinic. As a Dentist, this position is also responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delivering direct dental care, and providing associated services and education to patients (75% direct patient care/25% admin).
Candidates must possess active WI dental licensure and current DEA. Past supervisory or director experience is required.
Competitive pay ($235K) and full benefits including Medical/Dental/Optical Insurance (paid premiums for employees), 5 weeks PTO, 3 weeks paid holidays, $4000 of paid CME, 401K 3% match (additional 10% match over 6%) and non-taxed Loan Repayment options. $20K sign-on bonus, $25K relocation and covered malpractice.
