RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.
Job Type:
Full-time
Salary:
$200,000 – $300,000/year
Location-Specific Offers:
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus
$7,500 Relocation Stipend

Role Responsibilities:
Lead a patient-centric team with strong clinical judgment
Ensure excellent quality care following high ethical standards
Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions
Present treatment plan options clearly to patients
Deliver efficient, high-quality clinical treatments
Partner with Operations Team to meet financial goals
Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members
Stay updated on dental advancements through continuing education
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
