Job Description:
This Dentist opportunity provides comprehensive oral healthcare services within a secure correctional healthcare setting, serving a vulnerable and often underserved patient population with complex clinical and social needs. The provider will perform evaluations, treatment planning, preventive and restorative procedures, while also helping oversee dental program operations, documentation, staff coordination, and quality standards. Success in this role requires a clinician who can balance strong clinical judgment with professionalism, compassion, and respect for individuals who may have experienced significant barriers to healthcare access.
