Associate Pediatric Dentist Position | Beautiful Practice Just Outside of Reno, NV

Forty-five minutes to Lake Tahoe. Metro community of over 500,000 people with an International Airport, tons of shopping/dining amenities, and incredible outdoor amenities that can only be found in the areas surrounding Lake Tahoe.

Ski every weekend in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the winter and play on Lake Tahoe in the summer.

You are 3.5 hours to The Bay Area and a short flight or half day's drive to Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.

The Practice:

• 100% Pediatric
• It opened in 2006. Established and Very Successful
• 12 chairs: 8 operatories, four open bay
• Benefit from a symbiotic referral relationship with the affiliated Orthodontics practice right next door.
• Experienced Staff: 5 Pediatric Dental Assistants and 1 Hygienist
• Front Office/Treatment Coordinator/Scheduler/Q/A Manager.
• Spear Education Practice - 30-40 hours of CE Credits brought in-house at no expense to you.
• Additional CE allowance available as needed.
• Schedule: 4-day workweek. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour for lunch
• Call: Once every nine weeks. 99.999% quick phone calls. Phone service takes the first call. "We average having to see a patient after hours once every ten years. The call is a breeze."
• Hospital Privileges are not required, but you can obtain them if you so desire.

Comp/Benefits:

• High salary for a time than a percentage of adjusted production.
• Negotiated case by case and most reasonable options are up for discussion.
• Consider your direct pay for work and the passive income from the partnership and equity shares for accurate compensation.
• Consider what it would mean if you, for example, were a 40% partner in a $3.5M/year practice. This client wants for you, and they will be transparent about getting you there.

Candidate Parameters:

• Prefer Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Dentistry. They will consider someone who did not do a Pedo residency but has many years of experience and thoroughly enjoys treating kids.
• If you want to help drive the policy/direction of the practice and work with the owner on strategy, Q/A, etc., we'd love to talk.
• If you want to come to work, treat your patients, go home and not think another second about work after you leave, we'd still love to talk.
• This practice is busy, and the company is growing. There is a need for dynamic leaders and great doctors not at all interested in leadership or strategic planning. Your schedule will always be full regardless.
• Must have a clean background concerning criminal history.
• Malpractice history is considered on a case-by-case basis.
