Job Description
Endodontist $500K+ | $40K Sign-On | Daily + 50% Collections
This is a well established private practice. The area offers no competition or saturation with a low cost of living.
Position Highlights:
- Daily Case Load: 6–12 cases/day
- Procedures: Primarily root canals, with some endodontic retreatment, surgery, trauma cases.
- Schedule: Flexible With Schedule 4.5-day work week
- Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- Fri: 8 AM – 1 PM
- Support Staff:
- 5 total staff: 3 assistants, 1 coordinator, and 1 office manager
- 1 assistant dedicated to you; others rotate
- Third-party billing team in place
Compensation & Benefits:
- W2 or 1099
- Base: $1,400 daily
- Collections: 50%
- Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $40,000
- Malpractice Insurance: 100% covered
- Benefits:
