Job Description
Locum Tenens New Jersey Endodontics
Function: Endodontics
Facility Location: Medford, NJ 08055
Assignment Dates: Fridays ongoing (Open to adding Mondays as a second day)
Schedule/Shifts: Fridays: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: average of 7 patients per day (1 hour visits on average)
Procedures: Root Canal Therapy, Endodontic Retreatment, Apicoectomy, Diagnosis of Orofacial Pain, Internal Bleaching, Cracked Teeth Treatment
Support Staff: 1 dedicated Dental Assistant (DA will be the same every week for consistency)
Type of Charting: TDO
Requirements: New Jersey Dental license, DEA Registration, ACLS, BLS
Reason for Need: Hiring a new associate Endodontist
Credentialing Timeframe: 3-5 days
Pay Rate: $1600-$2400 per day
