A thriving, privately owned endodontic practice in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking a highly motivated Endodontist to join their growing team. This is a confidential, full-time opportunity with significant clinical support and access to leading-edge technology.

The practice is supported by one of the nation’s leading networks for endodontic, periodontic, and oral surgery specialists. Group enables clinicians to maintain clinical autonomy while benefiting from centralized support in operations, HR, marketing, and compliance, allowing doctors to focus fully on patient care.

Location: Durham, North Carolina

Located in the heart of the Research Triangle, Durham is known as the “City of Medicine,” home to Duke University and a national hub for healthcare innovation, education, and biotechnology. The area offers a dynamic blend of history, culture, and nature—with vibrant dining and arts scenes, family-friendly communities, and access to both the Atlantic coast (2 hours) and the Blue Ridge Mountains (3 hours).

Position Details

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Scope of Services:

  • GentleWave® Ultracleaning

  • Root Canal Therapy

  • Endodontic Retreatment

  • Apicoectomy

  • Management of Cracked Teeth and Traumatic Injuries

  • Cone Beam CT imaging and modern digital workflow

You’ll be stepping into a high-demand environment with an established referral base, strong case volume, and industry-best resources, including premium supplies and in-office lab services—all fully covered by the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

  • 43% of collections—a highly competitive model supported by strong reimbursement rates and efficient systems.

Loan Support:

  • $2,000/month student loan assistance during your first year to help ease the transition into practice.

Relocation Assistance:

  • Available and negotiable.

Continuing Education:

  • $2,500 annual CE allowance for courses, travel, and professional development.
