About the Role:

• Part-Time: Twice per month; preference for Fridays

• Compensation: Competitive minimum guarantee with a strong percentage of collections

• Malpractice insurance covered

• Estimated income range: $100,000–$180,000, depending on volume and experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Compassionate and confident chairside manner

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution

• Completion of an Endodontics residency

• Active Vermont dental license in good standing

• Highly proficient in root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures

• Willing to be in-network when needed

• Committed to ongoing clinical development and excellence
