We are representing a well-established, patient-focused endodontic group with multiple locations in the Bay Area that is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join their growing team. Schedule:

• Tuesdays in Oakland

• Fridays in Alameda

• 3 operatories at each location

Scope of Procedures Includes:

• GentleWave® UltraCleaning

• Root Canal Therapy

• Endodontic Retreatment

• Apicoectomy

• Cracked Teeth & Traumatic Injuries

• Cone Beam CT Imaging

• GentleWave® Procedure & Edge Pro Laser

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Model: 43% of collections for all services provided—supported by high collections and strong reimbursement rates.

• Debt Assistance Program: $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments while building a patient base.

• Relocation: Negotiable.

• Continuing Education: $2,500 annual allowance for CE courses, travel, and training.
