Endodontist – Lexington, KY w/ Built in Referral Base
Beaumont Family Dental is expanding its specialty services and adding a full-time Endodontist to our Lexington, KY team. With a strong internal referral base, modern facilities, and a loyal patient population, this new position offers a unique opportunity to build an endodontic program from the ground up. Demand for in-house treatment is high, and existing referral wait times in the area create an immediate pipeline for the incoming provider.

· Immediate patient volume – Referrals from 8 general dentists across 3 busy Lexington-area practices
· Modern, fully digital environment – Dentrix EMR, dedicated suite, and new microscope/equipment provided
· Flexible scheduling – 2–4 day work week, no Fridays required
· $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
· Attractive compensation – Greater of Daily Guarantee or 45% of collections
