We are representing a well-established, high-performing endodontic practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan that is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join its growing team. The practice is supported by a nationally recognized endodontic specialty partnership organization headquartered in Ann Arbor, providing robust operational, administrative, and professional resources while allowing clinicians to maintain clinical autonomy and focus on patient care.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Scope of Procedures Includes

  • Endodontic Retreatment

  • Micro-Endodontic Surgery

  • Micro-Endodontic Therapy

  • Management of Cracked Teeth

  • Treatment of Traumatic Dental Injuries

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • 43% of collections for services provided, supported by strong reimbursement rates and high practice collections

Debt Assistance Program

  • $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments while building your patient base

Relocation

  • Negotiable

Commitment to Growth & Development

  • $2,500 annual Continuing Education allowance to support advanced training, travel, and course fees
