Job Description
Seeking an Endodontist for a consistent, monthly role in Ukiah to keep specialty procedures in-house. This is an ongoing assignment designed for a specialist who wants a high-volume, "plug-and-play" surgical day with a heavy focus on molar endo.
The office is looking for a provider who can step into a well-oiled environment and manage a steady patient flow alongside a large, tenured support team.
The Role:
- Location: Ukiah, CA 95482
- Schedule: 1–2 days per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Flexibility: Open to any day of the week that fits your current schedule.
- Clinical Scope: Primarily molar endo and some retreats.
- Volume: 15–20 patients per day.
- Environment: Significant support with 6–7 DAs and 4 RDHs onsite.
- Technology: Dentrix Ascend.
What is Needed:
- Licensure: Active California License, DEA, BLS, and ACLS.
- Competency: Comfort managing high-volume molar endo cases.
- Credentialing: 1–2 week internal timeframe + insurance credentialing (Delta, United Concordia, Ameritas).
Compensation: competitive pay and malpractice insurance.
Travel: Local candidates preferred; mileage/lodging considered for the right fit (no flights).
