Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree with completion of an accredited Endodontics residency
  • Eligibility for dental licensure in Michigan
  • Willingness to support multiple practice locations

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • 43% of collections—supported by strong reimbursement rates and high case volume

Debt Assistance Program

  • $2,000/month for the first year to help offset student loans during ramp-up
