Full-Time Endodontist – Long Island, NY
A premier Endodontics practice is seeking a full-time Endodontist to join their well-established, multi-location specialty practice on Long Island.
About the Practice: They are a high-volume endodontic group with a strong reputation and 14 associate doctors. Our modern offices feature Adec equipment and use an EMR system. Offices range from 4 to 7 operatories per location. 80% of referrals come from local dentists.
Schedule: 4 days per week plus two Saturdays per month. The call is rotated among 12 doctors.
Candidate Requirements:
- DDS/DMD with endodontic specialty training
- Board-certified or board-eligible are considered
- IMGs welcome
- Solid clinician with strong interpersonal skills who works well in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- 45% of production
- Paid weekly on production (not collections)
- 2nd year earning potential: $900,000+ based on ability
