Endodontist Needed on Long Island

The Opportunity

A well-established, multi-site endodontic group serving Nassau and Suffolk Counties is seeking a Full-Time Endodontist. With ~80% of patients referred directly from local general dentists, the incoming provider steps into a busy referral base with no production cap.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $1,000/day minimum or 45% of production

• 1st year earning potential: $700,000 – $900,000+ annually, based on production

• Malpractice: fully covered by the practice; health, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) included

Schedule & Requirements

• Schedule: 4 days/week

• Case types: RCT, apicoectomies, and consults

• Requirements: endodontic certification/training required; board eligible accepted; IMGs considered
