COMPENSATION
- 45% of collections
- $24,000 student loan assistance ($2,000/month for 12 months)
- Equity opportunity: 25% match of first-year collections (up to $250,000) toward buy-in
- Relocation assistance available
THE OPPORTUNITY
An established, fee-for-service endodontic practice in Northwest Austin is seeking a full-time Associate Endodontist to succeed a retiring doctor. With two decades of history and roughly 100 referring providers, you will step into a busy schedule with room to grow.
PRACTICE DETAILS
- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM start, typically finished by 4:30-5:00 PM
- No call
- Zeiss microscope in every operatory, CBCT, and laser
- Full clinical autonomy

REQUIREMENTS
- Endodontic specialty training
