General Dentist – Endodontic & Surgical Extraction Skills
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Setting: DSO
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential for extension
Compensation: Negotiable
Travel: Lodging and mileage assistance available as needed.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a locum assignment in Coos Bay, OR. This opportunity is focused on family dentistry and requires a well-rounded provider who is comfortable performing both endodontic procedures and surgical extractions.
Clinical Requirements

General dentistry and family dentistry experience.

Comfortable performing root canals (endodontics).

Skilled in surgical extractions (Exodontia).

Experience performing both simple and surgical tooth extractions.

Ability to safely remove teeth and retained roots while minimizing trauma to surrounding bone and soft tissue.
Additional Details:
The client is specifically seeking a dentist with strong surgical extraction skills in addition to endodontic experience. This is a family dentistry opportunity, not an exclusively pediatric-focused position.
