• Location: Northern Virginia
• Dates coverage is needed: As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Schedule/Shifts Times: 4 days per week. M,W,F 8-4, T/Th 8-7
• Setting: Private office
• Patient Ages: pediatrics and adults
• Types of Cases: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Exams and Screenings, Extractions
• Requirements: BLS, DEA, VA License, covid vaccine
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 - 4 weeks
