The practice is seeking a full-time or part-time dentist that loves seeing kids.

I am representing an Associate-to-Partner employment track with a private for-profit group with two practices in DE.

100% of the patients are under the age of 21.

Pay is 35% of net less labs. Labs are very inexpensive. A $15k day of dentistry might have $200 of labs.

Hours are 9-4. The last patient is scheduled at 3:30. Work/Life balance is valued, and family time is prioritized.

The doctor sees an average of 8-10 patients/day.

They are adding over 70 new patients/month consistently.

Hygiene has four operatories, and the schedule stays full and is booked solid for weeks in advance.

You will never be sitting around wondering where you'll find your next patient.

The location is 45 minutes outside Wilmington, DE, in a bedroom community that's 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.

A dozen communities in which a doctor could live and still be under an hour to work. If you live in Wilmington, you can be at work in approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Or you can live on 20 acres outside of town—lots of choices.
