Permanent Dentist positions located in the surrounding suburbs of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Organization believes in empowering their dentist to practice dentistry based on their own dental philosophies, not as a managed employee.

Practices:
– Clinic locations North, South, West and East of Baton Rouge, LA
– One practice 30 miles east of New Orleans, LA
– All state of the art, with 20+ chairs, lab, cone beam, Intero and more
– Most dentist run 2-3 treatment chairs with 2 assistants
– All lab costs are covered by organization
– In-house CE courses available, not mandatory
– Specialist on site if needed
– 300 new patients a month at each location
– Potential ownership available down the road

Position:
– M-TR, 8am start and out the door at 4pm, FR is 8am start and out the door at 3pm
– Depending on acuity, dentist average treatment on 7-15 patients a day
– Dentists earn on average, $250,000 a year, some earn as high as $400,000
– Clinics average 97% of billings collected, and payment is due before service
– Adult mainly, can choose to see no pediatrics if desired
– Ability to be mentored
– Ability to take time off when you want time off

Organization:
– 20 clinics throughout Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana
– Group has over 120 dentists
– Ownership is available down the road
– Each clinic has an owner working at it as well
– Organization has events like Fishing Rodeo, Christmas Celebration, Shopping Spree, and more
