Fulltime Dentist needed for 2 positions located in Tulsa, Oklahoma suburbs, great income potential

Position:
– One clinic located in northern suburb of Tulsa, the other is a western suburb to Tulsa
– Both locations have a fulltime dentist there now, and need a second due to volume and growth
– Both locations have 10 chairs, 2-3 hygienist, and 2-3 dental assistants already
– All clinics are set up digitally, provider chooses tools, cone-beam, labs and more
– One clinic is set up for implants, if that is a desire
– Both clinics see primarily adult patients, with most being fee for service/cash and next being private insurance
– Both clinics have a 95-100% collection rate
– 30-45 new patient average a month, each location

Offering:
– 4.5-day work week, employed, benefits, 401k with 3.5% match, and $2,000 in CE per year
– Guarantee of $15,000 a month for 3 months, then % of collections after
– 2 weeks paid time off, give you $500 a day
– Current dentist both averaging over $70,000 a month in production, and increasing
– Dentists earn between $225,000 – $535,000 a year depending on production and capability
– Partnership is available within if desired

– Tulsa, Oklahoma, 500,000-person population and growing, metro, Division I university and more
– Both communities are growing, offer public and private schools, and provide tons of choices for residency
