Des Moines, Iowa – Practice Overview:

– Focused on providing same-day appointments to emergency and non-emergency patients
– Great reputation with locations across the country
– Des Moines location is thriving
– Clinics operate 9am-9pm, 7 days per week
– Flexible schedule – Work 1-7 days per week
– Can work 9-4 or 4-9 if preferred
– Comfortability with Endo, Surgical extractions a plus
– Less than 5 percent pediatrics

Compensation:

– 1099 – No long term commitments
– 800 daily guarantee plus 30 percent of collections
– One DDS earning 220K per year just working 2.5 days per week
– 15K sign on after 6 months
