Springfield, Massachusetts suburban practice needs fulltime provider comfortable with all ages – $50,000+ Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities
– DentaPro software, Digital x-ray and Panorex units and Fiber-optic handpieces
– Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
– Patient Base: 60% ages 3-18 and 40% adult, both %’s can be driven higher per clinicians’ desires
– Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patient oversite
– State insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix
– Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
– 4–5-day work week, specialist to support, and an established patient panel awaiting
Offering:

– Guaranteed biweekly salary equates to over $200,000 during ramp period of one year OR a percentage of collections
