About the POSTITION:
Dentist needed for FQHC in Valparaiso, IN
Clinic has 12 operatories
Will work with 1 other Dentist who has been there for over 10 years, and 2 hygienists who have been there for several years.
Dental Hours of Operation:
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED
- Provides routine and emergency dental services, including diagnosis and treatment plans, general restorative procedures, crown and bridge construction, removable prosthetics, uncomplicated endodontics and minor oral surgery.
