Practice
– Dr. Gary Linn (owner) is retiring end of 2023 and is looking for a dentist to replace him
– 20+ years established practice
– 2 General Dentists on-site – Dr. Gary Linn and Dr. Lauren Edwards
– Proven ability to do $1,000,000+ a year with 2 Dentists
– 99.3% collections rate
– PPO and FFS majority adult patient mix
– 8 total chairs – 2 per Dentist
– PMS Dentrix, digital impressions with intraoral scanner
– Ability to perform implants – will pay for training
– Mentoring available
Offering
– $300k+ earning potential – 35% of collections
– Flexible schedule – 3 or 5 days per week
– Annualized draw
– Split labs (50/50)
