South Carolina Dentistry - Group practice - $300k+
Need: Recently lost a provider due to relocation.
PARAMETERS:
- Prefer someone with experience (2+ years)
- Cerec experience is a plus.
PRACTICE:
- 11 ops total. 3 per dentist and 5 hygiene chairs
- Bread and butter work. Crown/Bridge/Denture. Endo is a plus but not mandatory. Extractions but no 3rd molar. Can do implants if trained. Aligners are available.
- 12 PPD on average plus hygiene checks
- 93% adults and 7% kids.
- No Medicaid.
- No weekends or evenings
- 1 office to cover.
STAFFING:
- 6 assistants, 1 sterilization tech, 5 hygienists, 2 dents., 4 front office, and one office manager.
FINANCIALS:
- Daily rate based on experience.
- Production bonus paid on collections at 30%
- No lab fees.
