– Solo DDS with Hygienist, Assistant, and front office staff
– Bread and Butter Dentistry – Dentures and Extractions
– Panoramic X-rays available on site
– H-1 Visa Sponsorship welcome
– Monday-Friday 8-5:50 or part time options
– EMR-Medident/Greenway
– Payer Mix- 80% Medicaid and 20% private
– 300 patients per month
– Also Needs in Kenton and Tiffin, OH
Offering:
– Compensation is $200k base with bonus structure + sign-on and relocation assistance
– Student loan reimbursement of $75k paid over 3 years
– Malpractice insurance covered, $2,500 CE allowance, 2 weeks PTO, 80% of healthcare benefits, and all Holidays off
