Practice Overview:

– Private practice with 2 locations – Serving patients in the community for over 40 years
– Recruitment location is 45 minutes from Rochester, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Buffalo
– Clinic fully staffed with 2 dentists and 3 hygienists
– Facility constructed in 2012 – New equipment throughout
– Practice to full potential – Comprehensive services including restorative, implants, cosmetics, and sleep apnea
– Supportive team willing to help coach/mentor/proctor, if desired
– Primarily adult patient panel – Heavy insurance
– Monday – Friday

Compensation and Benefits:

– Minimal daily guarantee plus 33 percent of “adjusted production”
– Current provider has demonstrated 250K plus over the last 2 years
– Partnership potential possible
– Uncapped time off
– Malpractice provided (occurrence)
– License fees covered
– 2K CE allowance
– Can assist with relocation
