Job Description
AMG Healthcare Services is currently seeking Licensed Dentist interested in a government position as a General Dentist at Keesler AFB located in Biloxi, MS 39534.
This is a FULL-TIME General Dentist position who will be responsible for providing dental care to active duty military members. (SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm)
We're interviewing qualified candidates right away as we're seeking candidates who are available to start ASAP.
Requirements/Qualifications listed below:
•DEGREE: Doctor of Medical in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
•EDU: Graduate from an accredited dental school approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).
•CERTIFICATION: Board eligible or board certified. BC not required.
•EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of performing clinical dentistry as a licensed Dentist within the last 18 months.
•OTHER: DEA will be requested. Dental Licensure must be current, full, active, and without restrictions to practice as a Dentist.

GENERAL DENTIST RESPONSIBILITIES
• JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Dentist is expected to perform a full range of professional dental tasks including treatment of commonly encountered dental diseases or dental health problems requiring standard corrective, restorative or
preventive measures such as single and multiple teeth extractions, restoration of simple and compound cavities with standard and prescribed material, taking mouth impressions for crowns, jackets, dentures and bridges and fitting and inserting the finished appliances. Ensures correct patient identification through the use of at least two unique patient identifiers and perform site verification, as required. Enters workload production data into reporting system.
