Position Requirements:

- Dental Degree from an American Dental Association accredited college or university
- Completed a clinical post-doctoral program
- Internship/Residency
- Any State License
- DEA
- BLS Certification
- 1 year of experience performing clinical dentistry out of the last 18 months
