An MAGD “Super GP” is going to be setting up a second location and aims to hire someone that can step in and take over much of his current workload.

Awesome lakefront community south of Dallas. Commutable from over a dozen Dallas suburbs.

Hoping for a May 1st Start Date, the sooner the better.

The ideal candidate will do:

· Endo, Molar Endo, Extractions, All on Four, Invisalign, and everything under the "bread and butter" umbrella.

If you are interested and do not do Endo or All on Four, but are fast and provide clinical excellence, we would like to hear from you if you desire to add Endo and Implant Placement to your skillset.

The highest producer did $1.8M last year by himself, excluding hygiene.

If you produce similarly, you will exceed $500k in W-2 earnings......ON A 4 DAY 8-5 schedule.

Compensation is comprised of a minimum guarantee, percentage of adjusted production, full benefits, sign-on bonus, CE and dues allowance.

Almost 50% Fee for Service payer mix. No Medicaid or HMO.

Over 14,000 active patients and adding 130/month on average.

The area is booming and they are the premier practice for miles around.

· Office is pristine. Hardwood floors throughout. Leather furniture spans the huge lobby.

· TVs with fireplace scenes adorn the walls.

· CEREC shop.

11 Operatory practice.

23 Support Staff employed. The average Tenure is over 9 years.

Must have a clean personal and professional background.

Unable to support visas of any kind.

Must already have a valid unrestricted active Texas license and an Anesthesia Permit or both in process and will be valid by May 1st.
