COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Salary: Based on Experience, minimum $185,000
• Sign-on Bonus is available
• 401K match up to 5%
• PTO: 15 days + 120 hours sick days + 13 Holidays
• 5 Days for CME + $2,000
• Monthly Bonus based on clinical time, chart sign off, patient visits, and Work RVU
• Relocation assistance is provided

• State Student Loan Repayment with HPSA score of 20

• General Dentistry: Oral Exams, Diagnostic X-ray, Dentures and Partials, Restorative Treatments, Crowns, Nitrous Occlusal Guards, Cleanings, Extractions, Cosmetic Whitening, Conscious Sedation; some Root Canals can be referred out
• Multi-Specialty Clinic - 4-Day workweek
• Full spectrum patients - Adults & Kids
• After Hours On-call Service

• Open to New Graduates and or Experienced General Dentist
• Willing to consider J1 and H1B Visa Candidates
