Dental Connections is seeking a Dental Director to join their dynamic team in Des Moines, Iowa. Dental Connections is a nonprofit community health center that provides comprehensive general and pediatric dental services across Greater Des Moines and beyond.

The Opportunity
Flexible schedule options to include a 4, 4.5, or 5-day work week
Scope of practice includes 20% chairside, 80% administrative work
Develop, maintain, and implement formal clinic policies and procedures
Guide dentists and professional staff to deliver consistent standards of care according to policies, and assuring clinical practices are above reproach and of the highest quality
Assist in the recruitment and hiring of dental staff including providing feedback in the interview process, orienting, and training new professional staff
Opportunity to incorporate oversight of dental students

Compensation & Benefits
Proven earning potential up to $226,000
