Job Description
General Dentist Opportunity – Havre, Montana
Join a comprehensive, mission-driven health center providing integrated care to the communities of Montana’s Hi-Line region.
Practice Overview
- Multi-disciplinary health center offering medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services in one convenient location
- Modern dental facility with 8 fully equipped operatories
- Flexible schedule options available: choose between a 4- or 5-day workweek based on your preference
- No weekend responsibilities
Candidate Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Montana
- Open to candidates at all experience levels, including those requiring visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $180,000 to $235,000+, commensurate with experience
- Generous PTO package: 120 hours of vacation and 80 hours of sick leave annually
- 12 paid holidays, including New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Relocation assistance of up to $15,000, based on distance
- Continuing Education: $3,000 annual allowance plus 40 hours of paid CE time
- NHSC loan repayment eligibility

- Healthcare coverage: $784 monthly employer contribution
- 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer contribution
- $100,000 employer-paid life insurance
- Additional options for dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance
