Position:
– 2 office locations with 11 Hygienist, 4 Dentist with locations in east and west Janesville, WI.
– Dentist currently billing $70-$90k per month
– Flexible scheduling, desired 5-day work week, but open to 3–4-day shifts
– 2 rooms per Dentist, dental assistants with you
– Providers will dictate how long to book procedures, ton of autonomy of case types and case length
– Trio Scanner- looking to adding lasers, digital Xray, Endo capable rooms, implants and more
– Accepts most dental insurances-Largest is Delta Dental
– Partnership possible after 2 years
– EMR-Dentrix

Offering:
– Compensation is $265k base (Quality of Quantity) – if exceed in collections there is additional bonus potential to bring earnings to $300kplus
– Malpractice insurance covered, $2,500 CE allowance, 2 weeks PTO, 80% of healthcare benefits, and all Holidays off
